If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

Exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Additional customs duties or import taxes (for orders outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers
Customs
Force majeure events

Under EU consumer law, risk of loss transfers to you when you or a third party designated by you physically receives the goods.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

Return the product unused, in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights (e.g., personalized items), as permitted by law.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days at hello@dwelly.nl with:

Your order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographic evidence

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
