We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll always look for a fair solution.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. If this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


Return process

To start a return, please contact us at hello@dwelly.nl with your order number and a brief explanation.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We’ll provide clear return instructions

  • Items must be sent back within the agreed timeframe

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and include photos where relevant.

We’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly.
