Shipping Destinations

Dwelly currently ships to:

  • The Netherlands

  • All countries within the European Union

We do not ship outside the EU at this time.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping:

  • €4.95 flat rate shipping on orders up to €68.99

  • Free shipping on orders of €69.00 or more

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–4 business days

  • EU countries: 2–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.


Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

In some cases, tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure timely delivery, items within the same order may occasionally ship separately.

You will receive confirmation once each shipment has been dispatched.


Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Dwelly cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@dwelly.nl

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
