Returns

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or return instructions. Please note that returns must be approved in advance; items sent back without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If the packaging shows visible damage, documenting this before opening can help support your claim.
Returns for Other Reasons
